never received item
tracking says it went to a different city. chat is unavailable. can't get anybody on the phone. sent email to tracking company and they replied saying they will look in to it. nordstrom now charges for returns. this charge on my card is going to be challenged. prolly last purchase w/nordstrom. where is CUSTOMER SERVICE?!
