The Rider Mid Rise Ankle Straight Leg Jeans

Mother sizing is so inconsistent. I generally wear a 27 in this brand. I sized up per reviews to a 28 and couldn’t button the jeans. And they were snug through legs and rear. I am 5’2” and 117 lbs. I’m done buying this brand because the size varies so much. I have jeans that fit me in this brand that range in size from 26-28. I would’ve needed a 29 in these. I never know what size to order and end up returning half the time.

The cut of the denim doesn’t match the described fit. They were at least one size too small, and that’s with the super thin stretchy cheap denim stretched to its max. If you don’t have stick straight calves, these will fit more like super stretchy skinny jeans with loose ankles . Not flattering for a supposed $250 full retail price.

These pants are incredibly stretchy, I am currently 128 pounds and they fit more like “jeggings”. It has a skinny jean vibe to it, and they are pretty much good on length on me ( they hit me right on my mid ankle. I know these are not superior denim because of the super stretch I am concerned about it being stretched out overtime especially in the knee caps per another reviewer, but honestly they feel great on/ make my butt look great AND FIT ME MORE ON THE HIGH-RISE SIDE.

I regret purchasing a smaller size. I initially purchased my regular size (28) and felt it was too tight. I exchanged for a larger size (29), they felt nice and comfortable. However, after wearing them for about 8 hours, they are now too big. These jeans have a lot of stretch, they stretch out as you wear them. Order your regular size, they will stretch out.
