order 2 sizes up for waste comfort
Love the wash and the hem, I’ll need to have them shortened slightly to get the ankle Jean look…hopefully that’s not a problem with the hem on an angle…I’m usually a 30/31 in high wasted mothers…I needed a 34 to be comfortable sitting down.

Cute, casual and comfy
I’ve been looking for a looser fitting jean, like an updated boyfriend and these are a pretty perfect alternative. I’m normally a size 25 in stretchy Mother jeans. 24 would have been a better fit in these as the jean doesn’t have as much stretch and loosens with wear but was not available through Nordstrom. For reference, I’m 5’7 and 120lbs. The wide leg is comfortable, but I especially love the hem, the high rise, and the color. Mother never disappoints!
