I’m a solid size 6 and the 28 fit great. They are snug but they seemed to give a little so I’m keeping them hoping they don’t shrink with washing.

Cute on model but runs small
Looked so cute on the model had to try. Got one size up, but waist was tight and not comfortable. I'm pretty sure will not fit after washing. Wanted to love.
