Not for small frames
I love Mother jeans and own many pairs. I liked the pictures of these and the description, but the reality was way off! I hated these jeans- maybe the worst jeans I’ve ever tried on! The material is thin, cheap as hell, beyond stretchy- they are DENIM LEGGINGS! They even tapered on my ankles like leggings. I ordered my normal size of 24 and they were HUGE in the waist. I could pull the waistband away from my body and there was a good 2-3 inches of space. I would need a size 21!! And, what you can’t see clearly in the picture are the extremely noticeable lines going down the backs of each leg. Why are they there? Nothing makes sense about these jeans and I couldn’t hate them more. Love MOTHER, but definitely don’t recommend this style, especially if you’re slender/ not curvy.

I had held off on purchasing Mother jeans because I think the price is steep for a pair of jeans. These were temporarily price matched for a little less, so I gave them a shot. They are pretty great… I’m only 5’1” so these come down to full length on me. I’m about size 6-8 in jeans. Ordered the 6 (28) and they are perfect. They have alot of stretch but don’t get baggy or anything. They keep their fit. Make legs and butt look good. Just ordered another pair of Mother jeans. Definitely recommend

Worth the hype. Perhaps the best fitting, most comfortable, flattering jean I’ve ever worn. I’m very hourglass-shaped so the Nordstrom seamstress took in the waist but the butt is near-perfection. 5’2, 150lbs, athletic and curvy.
