These are like thick cardboard. No support whatsoever, no foam- literally like putting your foot on a few layers of a cardboard box packed down together. So stiff that they don’t budge at all when you try to walk in them, so the entry/exit at the top of where your foot/toes hit when you walk gets cut into.

I love the navy blue color, but this shoe runs very small and narrow. I would go up an entire size. I also found these shoes to be very uncomfortable. I do not recommend these shoes.
