Awesome grip!! I would definitely recommend a size up or even consider getting a men’s size if you prefer or have a slightly wider foot, especially for us tall girlies!!!

Size instructions wrong
The sizing instructions said to go half size up. The padding around the ankle in the back caused blisters on a short walk. Very disappointed.

Excellent shoes
These are probably most comfortable shoes I have ever had. While they are almost barefoot they still have slight arch support . The toe box is pretty wide and shoes itself are also wide but you still can tighten them up if your foot not as wide. I have been wearing them at the gym for four months now as they are perfect for lifting and occasionally wear them casually. I decided to buy a second pair (different color) because I am afraid they will discontinue making Trail Glove 7. Simply perfect shoes! Highly recommend!

Perfect comfort
Perfect fit all around. I’m usually between an 8.5 and 9 and glad I went with the 8.5. Plenty of room for my toes and love the shoes all around. Great for long walks so far!

Great summer/spring shoes
I bought the light blue color. Really love the look of them. I wear them barefoot. Not very comfortable with a sock on. Very comfortable and can walk all day in them.

Barefoot bliss
Have had several barefoot Merrell sneakers and loved them all. I’m on my second pair of these barefoot 7. Comfortable to wear every day. Lightweight. Toe box is wider than other brands. Usually wear 7 but purchased 7.5 due to reviews.
