Nice shoes, but rn large
I am typically a true 8.5 which I ordered. A size 8 would have likely fit perfectly. I kept them because I will likely wear thick socks when wearing the shoes. Aside from sizing the shoe is very nice with the merrell good support. The color is a bit off. It is more dark tan than the pinkish mauve shown in the photos.

The boots are gorgeous, especially the color, which is spectacular. The overall fit is spacious enough for proper hiking socks. The heel area is too wide and there’s not enough cushion inside for me, so I’ll be returning them.

Great Hiking shoes
True to size. The width is perfect with enough room for my toes. I hiked six miles the first time I wore them and the shoes are so comfortable. You don’t have to break them in. I had no issues. I love the color too. Exactly as the picture. I look forward to more hikes with these shoes.

So comfortable!
This is my first real hiking shoes I bought for wearing during home remodeling and I can't wear my Nikes anymore. These are GREAT and looking to buy another one from this brand. The shoe lace is very long so I double tied and wear it loose. Love, love, love it!
