Perfect for walking trip in Italy

Bought these a few weeks ago for a 6-day walking trip in Cilento National Park in Italy. They were fantastic for my very picky feet, which need a wide toe box. The terrain included hills, sandy beaches, scree, asphalt and wooded paths and the shoes did well in all environments. I love their lightness yet sturdiness and am so glad I got them for this trip.

Disappointed in my purchase.

I bought these shoes about 4 months ago and they are already getting a hole in the front, near the toes. It seems like the plastic there is thin and easily worn through. I am a classroom teacher and only wear them to work/as a regular weekend shoe, so nothing outrageous. They are the correct size and it was roomy in the toe area as well. I am really disappointed because I have several shoes from Merrell and this hasn't happened before. Very sad as I really enjoyed these shoes.

Good hiking shoe

Purchase this second pair of Merrell hiking shoe for hiking the Camino De Santiago in Spain. The shoe is very lite and doesn't add much weight, which makes it great for International travel. As with any good hiking shoe, you must pair it with a good pair of wool socks. Buen Camino!

Hiking around Mont Blanc

I hiked around Mont Blanc and they were great. I got them on a whim a week before and didn’t get any blisters on our hike. They were really comfortable and handled the terrain well.

Womens Moab 2

I have worn your Moab line of shoes for years, I love them. They feel & look great from when you put them on. I wear them hiking, walking, or just for casual wear. The quality is outstanding.
