Great boot with unmatched comfort.

I purchased this about a month ago and it is one of the most comfortable boot Ive ever owned. I just ordered a second pair just to make sure that I have a backup when these wear out.

Moab 3 Thermo Extreme Waterproof

really unhappy with them so I returned tem. The insulation inside the boot was wadded in the toe of the left boot. I really wanted them to work but you no longer have them so they could not be replaced

Disappointed

I purchased these boots 1.5 year ago with total confidence in Merrell and its products. I've owned 4 different Merrell boots and shoes in the past decade. The boot is not hard use or daily foot wear. The seams at the zipper are unraveling and fraying, making the zipper fail at the bottom. I have pics of how pristine the rest of the boot and soul are (not hard use). I am disappointed in Merrell.

We're sorry to here of your experience. We do have 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, these would be out of that time frame, but we'd still like to do all we can to help at 800-288-3124.

Great boots but lose the little kid zipper.

Super warm, light weight and easy to put on. I didn't realize they have a zipper which I could live with out as an adult as it takes away from the lookl/appeal of the boot.

Heavy snow and brutal winters

These are amazing boots for snow, I live and work in Chicago, in brutal winters and snow they kept my feet warm and cozy.

Unfortunately grommets dug into my ankle

Merrells usually fit me well and it fit well around my foot but the grommets dug into my ankle, so returned them

Moab 3 Thermo Extreme Waterproof Boots

Great boots that are easy to slip on and off unlike my previous Merrells.
