Almost a keeper
Good quality but I thin heel part is higher thank toe or arch too high. My lower back hurt after my walks.

Not Gore-Tex o even waterproof.
This shoe is advertised as Gore-Tex. It is not. All Merrell shoes that are Gore-Tex or waterproof have a tag on the exterior of the shoe that indicates that. This shoe has no tags that indicate either and the original price point of $120 is for a standard hiker not a waterproof of Gore-Tex hiker. I found this disappointing and frustrating as I paid to have the shipped and that is money I don’t get back. I’m sure it’s a great shoe as most Merrells are but it’s not as advertised.
