Marquette Thermo Waterproof Faux Shearling Lined Boot (Women)

I purchased these for a trip to Norway for the Cross Country Ski World Championships because I knew I would be walking tons and the weather would be cold, wet, snowy, rainy, sunny and all the things. They worked AWESOME, I walked miles and miles in them and they were super comfortable, always warm and dry, and were a little bit stylish for wearing around town as well.

Love how the boots look. Also warm and waterproof. So far the boots seem a little narrow and one of the eyelets is uncomfortable against my foot but I’m hoping that goes away once I wear them in more. I’d almost suggest sizing up a half size. Overall I like the boot and would recommend but trying them on in person seems best.

I ordered these hoping they would keep me warm. My feet are always freezing in the winter no matter what boots I wear or how thick my socks are. I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. My feet are warm ALL DAY in these boots and they’re super uncomfortable! I wear orthotics for flat feet and these boots are perfect for them. My only wish would be to have them in a lower style like a sneaker.

I wanted a pair of waterproof ankle-height boots for daily commuter walking in late-winter snow and slop, that weren't heavy-duty hiking or snow boots. And were also somewhat "cute" to complement my work clothing. These boots fit the bill PERFECTLY! They're very well-cushioned and plenty sturdy for walking, and the inner fleece lining makes them feel very warm and cozy. I usually wear 8.5, so I purchased 9 to accommodate the heavy SmartWool socks that I like to wear with my boots, and they fit just perfectly. Another reviewer mentioned that the front of the boot bothered her ankle where the shaft and tongue meet - I have this issue, too, if I put the boots on barefoot (which I do on occasion, to take out the trash or run to the mailbox) - but as long as I'm wearing long socks, these boots are as comfortable as they can be! They come with 2 sets of laces, which is fun - the cream laces create some funky contrast, and the black laces create a more streamlined look. On this note, do be aware that the sole of the boot is a true creamy color, NOT white - so if you're looking for a black and white boot, this is not it. All in all, I LOVE these boots and look forward to many winter walks in the snow and slop!
