Great waterproof shoes. Would give a 4.9 stars.
The shoes are really comfortable. The sole has great traction and the waterproofing has held up when I've worn them in snow. I haven't had an opportunity to wear in rain. In most brands, I wear a medium, but I find Merrell's are a little narrow. The wide fit me perfectly. The length fits like most shoes. The only negative is the the top of the tongue. There ends up being a small gap between the tongue and the side of the shoe where you tie them. Most of the tongue is attached to the side, but near the top there are small gussets that make it wider to allow enough room to put your foot in. That's helpful, but the gussets fold in oddly, so you have to make sure you fold them to make them most comfortable for your foot.

Merrell for life but NOT these ever
I hate them. the heel doesnt seem deep enough so my heel slides up and down almost out of the shoes. I cannot seem to get the laces adjusted to not feel like they r cutting circulation off my feet.

DONT HESITATE
I have foot problems they give great support and a bunion . The mesh front allows for not as much rubbing on it . Do order a half size up it help the wide was a great fit . I luv them .

Title: I Can’t Take Them Off—Best Shoes Ever!
I bought the Bravada Merrells thinking they’d just be my go-to hiking shoes, but they’ve quickly become my everyday pair. These shoes feel like walking on cotton balls, cocooning my feet in comfort all day long.
As an artist, I also love their sleek design. They’re versatile enough that I’ve worn them to art shows paired with elegant pants, and they looked fantastic.
I’m seriously considering buying a second pair—unless Merrell manages to create something even better (if that’s possible)!
