Surprise from Nordstrom Rack
I bought these jeans and was told I could return them in 30 days with tags and receipt.
Yesterday, I went to Nordstrom Rack and shopped. I bought $328.31 of clothing.
Now, I am informed while online that this one item MUST be returned at the store.
That was not the case when I asked about the return policy.
I live in downtown San Diego and I am 74 years old.
I do not drive nor have a car.
So now, with this bait and switch policy, if I want to return the item AND I DO, I have to take the trolley (pay a fare) again out to the mall, walk to this store, wait in line, return the jeans, and walk back to the trolley station (stairs up did I mention?), pay a return fare and then I will have accomplished what should have been a painless online return.
Ask me if I am shopping at Nordstrom Rack again?
This is terrible.
Imagine if I were a younger person and had to take time off of work to do a simple return like this?
Seniors should not be lied to by Nordstrom Rack.
