Wrong items sent/lackluster customer service
I have been shopping at Nordstrom’s for many years but this experience at the Rack has changed my opinion. First of all the items sent were not what I ordered. When I called customer service I was told to take them back up the store. . No apologies for the 12 days for delivery either. The items were not what I consider high end , yet the prices were very high! The supervisor Chrissy was very dismissive , and when I expressed my dismay , she said we don’t offer discounts and the call was disconnected. I have disposed of the items and will contact my credit card issuer to dispute the charges! I will not shop at the rack again ad it is not what it used to be!

Beautiful colors -- but only COVERS
I didn't realize this was a cover only. Luckily, I had ordered some pillows the same size that I didn't like, so I used them as filler. We love these pillow. So pretty and they add color to our grey sofa.
