Background is cream not pure white, so buyer beware. I still really like it and it works in our room so no issue for us but I could see it being a problem if you weren't expecting yellow tones.
Otherwise it's as expected and the quality of the fabric is reasonable given the price. b

Smelled heavily of plastic off-gassing, washed five times and hung out for days with no improvement. So disappointed.

Loved it, but styles clashed
This is a beautiful set, very fun for someone who appreciates skillful drawing and would enjoy studying the technique on the toile. Just looked really out of place in a mid-century modern apartment, so I've returned it.

The duvet set is absolutely lovely! The quality is great and the fabric doesn’t have a yellow background color at all as stated in some other reviews! It is maybe more off-white but it is classic and looks very upscale. Highly recommend!!

Color misrepresented in photos
I was so surprised to see that this was more of a yellow/off-white color instead of white. It looks really pretty white, shame that so much yellow was used in these sheets. I can’t say anything for quality as I didn’t even take it out of the packaging. The yellow was shocking and not at all attractive.
