Wrong order twice!!!
This is the SECOND time I ordered this black scarf and got mailed the white one TWO times. If the item is out of stock, cancel the order. Do not send the wrong item twice. Looking at reviews, looks like nordstrom rack keeps doing this!!! Nordstrom rack keeps making me pay for return shipping when they keep sending me the wrong item!!!

I ordered a black and a white and RETURNED the Black. The system is showing that I returned the WHITE. So now if I want to return the white, how do I do that? In addition, your inventory is messed up now.
