Yarn Dye Ruffle Sleeve Smocked Dress

I’ll ditto a previous reviewer and note that the center seam is not ideal. However, I found that steaming and removing wrinkles (from being boxed up to ship) made a big difference in how much I cared about the center seam. This dress is a perfect dress up/dress down option for late spring and summer. The fabric has a nice airiness to it and the flow at the bottom is perfect. It’s pretty good overall given the price point. For reference, I’m 5’1, 142 pounds, and I ordered a medium. It hit above my ankles.

I was very excited to receive this dress. It’s gorgeous, lightweight, and flowy. Exactly what I wanted for upcoming hotter days. But when I tried it on, they sewed the skirt to where the seam was in the front slightly off to the side. I tried to let it not bother me, but after looking in the mirror with it on it takes away from the dress and makes it look cheaply made. Bummer!
