Comfortable and cute
I really like the skirt and would buy more in different patterns. It's light enough to wear in the summer but also warm enough for early spring. I could see how someone might think it ran a smidge small. I ordered the size small and think an additional eighth of an inch would have made it fit perfectly. So overall not so far off that I would change how I ordered.
