Follow the size guidelines for this brand
In this brand I need an XXL although in other brands I would wear an XL -- in both cases that means a 14/16. I am 5'7" and these are not 7/8 or ankle length, they are fully length. I am more of an hour glass than a pear so I was suprised that it fits a bit snug in the waist -- but it is stretchy and it won't droop and so it's good. Love the pockets. I don't personally like the front seam, but it is what it is. I like the ponte - wish it were even thicker.

runs small
Thick cotton with stretch seems better for fall than summer. Runs small/slim fit, not like on model, will return
