Bead Embellished Flutter Sleeve Gown

This dress fits a little on the small size - I'm between a small and medium and the medium fit well. It needs alterations for my 5'4" - it would have to be taken in at the shoulders and the length. The problem is that it sheds beads everywhere, just walking from room to room. Poor quality, might last one event if you don't mind vacuuming up beads on your way out of the house. I prefer dresses that will last more than one event, especially if I have to pay for alterations, so back it goes.
