Weird Fit, Tight Arms, Boring shape

What the title says: Weird Fit - moderately tight around chest (36C, I got a size small) and weirdly wide elsewhere Tight Arms- it has elastic on the arm openings and it's very tight if you have muscular or thicker upper arms Boring shape -- it looks like it should be straight and light form-fitting but it's more of a lackluster A -ine. It looks cheap and blah rather than polished like in the picture.
