Scratchy Huge And More

The texture of this hat is like a loofa. It actually crackles, is paper, not raffia, and is so oversized it can spin on my head — and,I am med/lg! This is my 3rd review, they never get published. Cannot recommend.

Disappointing in Every Way

This hat actually crunches, truly, with a texture like a loofa. It is paper and not straw. Even on a sizable crown it still could spin around on my head, it is enormous.
