Too stiff
The bag is okay, but extremely rigid. I liked the center zip, but there are magnetic pockets on either side that take the jaws of life to access. The magnets are so strong, any time I would toss my phone in, the MagSafe part would get stuck on the closure. I liked that the straps stood up in their own, but there too was a problem. They are also so stiff that only one strap would stay on my shoulder. The other would just kind of hang there. I’ve been a collector of Marc Jacobs bags for 30 years and this is the biggest miss.

Need bigger sizes
Got a light blue last year and loved the leather and length/thinness of the strap, so I ordered this black one. Larger sizes of this design (like 2-4 inches longer in height/length) will be a huge hit in colors, with just one-zipped structure and smaller logos.
