Awful crossbody
Awful crossbody no inside slots for credit cards it’s long and deep so your credit and keys all gets tangled up, the crossbody strap looks like a pants buckle.
Good price and good texture but not a user friendly crossbody.

Bag opening, too narrow
I am so sad because I love all Marc Jacobs bags. This one didn't work for me. Way too narrow of an opening, I could barely get my small wallet and phone inside. It's adorable, but just not functional for me.

This is a really cute bag. I love the style, but it is extremely uncomfortable to use. The zipper needs to extend down the sides further to allow for a hand to get in to it. It’s nearly impossible to get your items out of this bag. Possibly when it loosens up it will be accessible? The zipper tears your hand up trying to get things out of it. Design flaw? I love everything “Marc Jacobs” but I don’t think I’ll be keeping this,
