Mini Messenger Bag

This is a nice, medium size bag that can hold a reasonable amount of everyday items, without needing to swap between bigger and smaller wallets, etc. I appreciate the longer crossbody strap; I find many to be too short. But I'm returning because the hardware is just cheap, and the zipper pulls in particular are noisy. The part that you pull rattles around in the little cage that connects it to the zipper, and it makes this rattling noise continuously. There isn't a way to hold or use the bag without this noise. Then the two pulls hit each other and make additional noise. This would be better with better quality hardware and perhaps just one pull. Finally, the color representation is true, both on the bag itself and the strap, which is dark (black and gray, not black and cream).
