Crap quality.
Heels somehow BENT while I was wearing them?? So I had to walk lopsided for half the day. They are pretty shoes, but absolutely crap quality, definitely not happy with this purchase.

These run long please go down a whole size
I normally wear an 11.5 and, in the past, I've purchased a 12, which was an absolute disappointment. Much to large, literally couldn't keep the shoe on my foot. I purchased an eleven and it was perfect! Becasue its a well made shoe it takes time to conform to your foot, may be tight at first, but eventually loosens up. High quality shoe. Love it!
