If an online purchase is a final sale, it needs to be better identified. These shoes didn’t work for me and I was unable to return them.

The most uncomfortable shoes. The heel of the insole is raised and pushes into the heel. I initially thought I had left cardboard in the shoe, but I didn't. My right heel hurt the next day just from trying them on and walking around the house. I have many uncomfortable heels that take time to break in, but this is actually a design flaw, so I will be returning.

These boots rock! I am a nurse and get the pleasure of wearing business casual. After a day of wearin these bad boys I’m in love. My feet did not hurt with medium walking, still orienting for my job, and 33 weeks pregnant. I did place the gel inserts at the toe per my usual with heels. They are quit tight to get on and off. Had my son pull them off for me as I can not bend over far enough to take them off myself. Still, wish I had a pair in each color. Never have I had a heel this comfortable. Just don’t get these if you have thicker ankles. Or have help getting them off!!

Really liked this bootie and the color but had to return because they were to tight fitting.

This is my first purchase from this brand. And I could wear only at home so far in this season. I love how it looks sleek and yet, comfortable fit and heels. I size up 1/2 after reading the reviews, and that suits well for me. The material of shoes seems genuine leather or calf’s hair.. it look expensive, and classy.

These boots are adorable but they run pretty small. I should have order 2-3 sizes up. I am normally an 8 and I like to where socks so I ordered an 8.5. They are super tight.

They are really cute booties! Color is a really dark brown that could be mistaken for black in some lights. My only complaint is that the top heel kinda rubs on my ankle but if you wear a thick enough sock maybe that could help!

These are really nice boots well made I usually wear and 81/2 the right boot was very snug wish I would have ordered a 9.

So cute and such a good price! I own the black leather Alva booties so I knew how sizing ran (size up 1/2) and was so excited when I saw this print! I wouldn't normally splurge at regular price for a pair that is out of my comfort zone, but got them for a great deal so said why not?? Super comfortable, stylish, and the. leopard print is tasteful and will be a great fall neutral!

Gorgeous boot! Haven’t worn it out test but around the house has been comfortable.

Loved these boots! High quality, durable yet very versatile boot! I wear these day or night and can dress them up or down! Love them!!
