Wonderful candles but arrived broken

I was sooo excited to get these but they were packaged soo badly they arrived broken. It was just a large box with paper in it, no packing peanuts or anything to absorb shock. I am shocked Nordstrom would package like that, not surprised they arrived broken but very disappointed. Now they’re saying they are out of the product
