Brocade One-Shoulder Cocktail Dress

I have an athletic 5'3'' 137 lb figure and got a 10 that fit in the bust which Nordstrom tailored in at the hips and thighs as the fit was very generous there. Someone with an hourglass figure would kill in this dress. The dress literally looks just like it does on the model and I received tons of compliments at my wedding event. Not only did the dress look stunning but it was very comfortable and so I'm going to wear it again for New Year's. I'll look at the Maggie London label again since the bust fit was so good.

When the dress arrived, and I saw it in the package, my first reaction was No. I needed something for a formal-ish event; when I put it on, my mind changed - it looked fabulous on! I paired it with black strappy heels, some fun bracelets and stud diamond earrings. The dress is the look, and I received a ton of compliments. My only gripe was the zipper on the chest needed coaxing but that's because I have a wide rib cage (very much a rectangle mid section). Effortless glam!
