Too short / cropped. Poor quality for the price.

inspection reject?

Madewell is known for quality workmanship. This garment is probably a reject passing on sale Neckline trim is BAD seam sewing. I’m trying to do exchange for better neckline seam.

Too bulky and short

The material is nice but I find the blouse to be boxy. It is also shorter in length so it does not flatter at all.
