They hurt
First time I wore them, the straps cut into the tops of my feet. Also, the sole flaps when you walk. Will contact Madewell to see if these can be returned after wearing.

Love the details!

beautiful but a little squeaky

Comfy and interesting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered these in a size 8 which I tend to order because I find Madewell shoes fit an half size small and they fit well. I think I could gotten away with a 7.5 too. There was no break in period for the leather. The sole is hard so be mindful if you are sensitive to that but I thought it was still comfy after a days wear. I love the way they look with jeans.
