Love these jeans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these jeans in both the Black Frost and Pipestone washes and took the same size in both color ways even with the slight difference in fabric content. Stretch level of each color is perfect and they do not bag out after wearing for hours. I’m 5’7” 130lbs and purchased 28. Had these hemmed about an inch to sit at ankle.

Poor Quality
I purchased these jeans a month ago and have only washed them twice. There are holes already starting to form on both sides of the back pockets. I have purchased multiple pairs of Madewell jeans in the past and am very disappointed with the quality of this jean. I unfortunately purchased two pairs and don't expect them to last until the spring.

LOVE these
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit and length on these is absolutely perfect. I’m 5’9” and just under 140lbs ordered the 27 regular, just right at ankle.OBSESSED w/the fit on these and LOVE the coastal blue. Hoping additional colors that are more complex (like coastal blue) come out. The other colors appear to be single pigment and not distressed or washed appearance . I much prefer a more dimensional color-way especially at this price point, as the flat colors tend to look more cheap imo.

Great jeans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my black Pencil Jeans! They are perfectly slimmed but straight enough not to be mistaken for skinny jeans. The stretch is so comfortable, and the rise is great with many tops. Please make petite sizes in white!!!

Favorite new "Skinny" jean!
I still prefer "skinny" jeans over a relaxed fit any day so I loved that Madewell made these jeans. It's a modern fit that's still skinny with a good stretch. Great length and wash. Planning to purchase my 2nd pair soon!

Exactly a what I Wanted
