Cheap
Even on sale, these seem overpriced. The shoes came scuffed (probably got sent the used floor model, thanks guys 👍) and there’s over glue around the heel. Judging based on the wrinkling and obvious wear just from being tried on, these aren’t going to look good after a couple of wears.

I am in pain
These shoes are beautiful but oh my goodness they are so painful. I’m shocked at the reviews saying how comfortable they are. Maybe I got a bad pair… I did my usual walk around in socks for a few days around the house to begin to shape them to my foot. But after walking about 1 mile in them tonight with only no shoe socks, I am cut up and bleeding. My feet are average width I’d say, I’m a true size 7, nothing special. But I think I will be recovering from my battle wounds for a week or two. Shame, because they’re so cute.

these dig at your heels, and maybe I could break them in, but I'd rather avoid the pain and buy something more comfortable. zero padding at the heel and cushion so its not very comfortable

Pretty cute on...

Wore these to a wedding and had blisters on the back of my heels and top of my pinky toes by the middle of the night.Love the color and style - great for dressing up cocktail attire or adding a pop to a date night outfit.

Cute, but very uncomfortable
I bought these shoes when I was visiting home in the US at Christmas. I wore them once then, and they weren't the most comfortable, but I figured they would just need time to break in. Fast forward several months, more wears in now in London (i.e. lots of walking), and they are just not comfortable. I recently wore them to work and they caused blisters that bled through my tights. Again, they are so cute - but I likely will not buy another pair of shoes from Madewell again as this is my third pair to cause discomfort and consistent blisters/bleeding.
