Not the quality expected
Cute bag, but the quality isn’t there. I own a few bags by Madewell and this feels cheap in comparison. The size is fine and it is a fun shape, it works better as a crossbody than handheld (for me anyway), but the suede feels almost faux. Returning.

huge variation in material quality
I love this bag. It’s a great size and shape and I love the crossbody and handle options. However the material on the first bag I received was TERRIBLE. It was all ragged and looked super worn. I was very bummed and ordered it again, hoping for better material and I got it! I’m really happy I tried for another bag because I’m definitely keeping it.
