These jeans are great for running errands. I wear these with a tucked in t shirt and sneakers. They do chafe a bit between my thighs bc there’s so much fabric and the high waist falls down while wearing so I probably should have gone with a 27. I’m 5’5”, 138 and curvy build. I didn’t find them to be too long if I wear them as a high waisted jean with a belt.

Fun and flattering jeans that feel like pajamas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am SO thrilled with these jeans! I normally wear a 24 curvy or 25 regular (but get the waist taken in). The only size left was a 23 and, based on reviews of them running big, I took a gamble and ordered them. I’m so glad I did! I love the Benicia light wash - so cute and casual. For reference, I’m 5’3, 125 lbs and have a small waist and bigger hips/booty. Madewell - please bring back the light wash. I’ll buy a second pair. :)

Great for Summer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these jeans. They are so soft and very lightweight. Lighter wash is great with summer pastels and white. As with most of the Harlow lone, they run a little big.

Super Comfortable, Perfect Transitional Jeans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pants and they are super comfortable. They are the perfect pair of jeans to wear between summer and fall when it's still warm because they really are airy denim. The only downside is the pleats at the waist, it can be unflattering to some body types, particularly mine. I think if you have a flat stomach or a thin frame you'd probably be fine, but i'm a short "elder millennial" that has been putting weight on right in that area as i've aged. I still wear them all the time though, because they're super comfortable, I just usually try to balance it out with a fitted top.
