90's dress of my dreams
THIS DRESS!!!! Wow! I thought, oh, that's cute when I saw it online, but then I put it on and fell in love! It's not skin tight around the waist, gives shape while still being a bit loose and flown. The little puffed sleeves are the right amount of puff. The bust might be ever so big...I'm a 34B and I wear my strapless bra with the straps so it doesn't show the top of my cup. And I love the bottom of the dress, the way it lays and moves. I bought this just to try it out and now it's become an essential item that I have to take to Europe with me this summer.

like but not love?
Been looking for a cute red dress. WHY are red dresses so hard to find? This one is nice and it has sleeves. It's basic though so I'm waiting for it to go on sale. The sleeves and shoulders are a little big. The chest was a little small but I'm a 32D. The top is lined and I can't recall if the skirt is too. The color is a neutral red and I like the scoop neck.

Waited a long time and was disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watched for this to come back in stock and when it arrived it was not great. The color/print is duller than I thought, the fabric does not have a natural feel, and the fit is off. If your chest doesn't fill the top it's not going to fit right. While I'm slightly small chested, this usually isn't a problem, but there was no filling this top and as a result it just kind of hung. Also a little more low-cut than I thought it would be, which contributed to the chest not working.
