another disappointment

Yet another disappointment from Nordstrom Rack. The shipper lost my package, did not provide me with an explanation, so I called NR customer service only to be told I can’t get a refund on a lost package. I’m doing shopping with this retailer. Recently, the manufacturer of an item I bought didn’t even bother to ship my item. I noticed that shipping times are getting longer and longer for their items. In the age of Amazon, I’m better off shopping there, since I can get everything quickly. See ya, Nordstrom Rack.
