ZIPPER MALFUNCTION
I purchased this bag for a trip on the day of travel. Unfortunately, the zipper would not open at the airport security and they had to cut open the bag. We tried to open manually, but it would not unzip.

Not as described, cheap
I’m returning it. While functional in design, it seems cheap and was too big fir me. The bag is about 19 inches wide and 16 inches high, so considerably larger than the 17x13 in the product description. The zipper quality is also poor; it was so difficult to close, I was worried the zipper broke the first time I tried it—so definitely not something you could quickly use on the go.

Looks lovely but. . .
I bought this bag in April and I bought it with the intention of using it as a replacement for my backpack (currently in grad school). I really like the black and that it was nylon. It didn't even last two months . . . the inner lining of the front pocket is all torn up. AND the zipper of the same pocket is broken so it never closes. Not entirely the look I was going for.

I purchased this bag , because of its size and light weight for quick trips . The outside pocket zipper malfunctioned on first use. I didn’t bother to return it but was disappointed none the less .

Not as elegant as the picture....
It's a nice, good sized overnight tote bag, serves the purpose but if you are looking for something to make an impression, this isn't it. Love the handles and strap options. It's definitely not as elegant as in the photo (the metallic zippers, etc. are a cheap-ish looking shade of gold and they stand out a lot more than the photo suggests).
