Canary Cover-Up Maxi Dress

Buyer beware when purchasing final-sale items from Nordstrom Rack. I ordered this dress because I loved the pattern and style, but when it arrived, it was completely unwearable. The dress fit everywhere else, yet the front provided virtually no bust coverage, leaving me exposed. The product photos did not accurately convey how little coverage this dress offers. What made the experience worse was that Nordstrom Rack initially refused my return because the item was marked final sale. In the same order, I also received another final-sale item that arrived damaged. Customers should be aware that final-sale merchandise may include defective, damaged, or unwearable items, and obtaining a return or refund can require significant effort. While customer service eventually approved my return after multiple contacts, the process was frustrating and unnecessary. I would strongly encourage shoppers to think twice before purchasing final-sale items.
