return process is shady
I was very excited to receive this item. However the wrong item was sent to me. When I tried to exchange through the app the only option was to return with a $10 shipping fee! So I called customer service because I’m not paying a fee for a mistake that is not mine. First I got an AI customer service agent who could only tell me to do the things I already knew and had tried. Finally I reached a real agent who told me they cannot refund the fee. I have to wait until I receive the refund (minus the shipping cost) then call back to receive the shipping refund. This is very shady practice!!! I am extremely dissatisfied in Nordstrom rack for adopting this process. I’ve been a long time customer and never had to jump through such hoops for a refund let alone a refund for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Shame on you Nordstrom rack!! Do better!
