Beautiful Design, Sad Packaging
Both lamps unfortunately arrived broken. The Luze packaging had minimal styrofoam protection and the boxes from Nordstrom had almost no packing paper inside to protect from rough shipping. There were no fragile stickers or warnings on the shipping box to protect them. Please instruct teams to take care when sending items to customers who are eagerly awaiting special gifts. The item is now sold out and cannot be replaced.
