Stretch Cotton Halter Top

I’m a 36DD and usually wear a medium in halter tops since I have small shoulders … the large was even too tight in the bust (halter band around the neck was too loose … it was not adjustable). Material is also on the thin side so the light colors are t too forgiving. This may be ok for smaller bust sizes.
