How to use: Place one strip on the front of your teeth (one on top and one on bottom). Let dissolve. It takes about 15 minutes. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use and use twice daily for 14 days.

I did not finish the box
My dentist’s office said that they didn’t recommend as the dissolving part was the issue, mixing with each mouth’s own “…(?)…” was not a good idea for the teeth or body’s own biology…idk
