Melsin Ankle Strap Flat (Women)

I walked around inside my house with this shoe at first to check out the fit. It passed muster. When I ventured outside (to actually return some other nordstrom shoes, after a block it became apparent that the shoe’s flap/ankle buckle feature was scraping off the flesh on my heels. I actually bought the burgundy pair as well, and I turned around to go get that pair and return it. I’m now in the process of healing my heels. I can’t even wear regular shoes right now because everything touches that part of my foot. I mean, I didn’t even get the privilege of a blister, it went straight to scrape. Buyer beware.
