damadged used boots
It’s not the first time they send me old worn out used shoes and I have to pay $9.00 to return them plus what I pay to packaged it at the fedex store. It’s concerning that Nordstrom staff would actually put these boots in a box and sell it to me as brand new, it’s not the first time this happens.

Recieved wrong item and it was used
These are nothing like the ones I ordered. They look used and the bottom is not black but brown. They fit a little bit small but I could have taken it if they weren’t so beat up. It even looks like they tried coating it or something.
