Gauze Maxi Dress

I have 3 of these. They rip after 1 wash. All 3 in the same place‐next to the seam up the back. And the fabric is so guazy it frays so I can't sew it back up until I create a new seam up the entire back. I wouldn't pay $5 for these

Everyone is complaining about wash it, but it’s dry clean only. I’ve had 2 for years and don’t have any issues. Love them

I’d had my eye on this dress for weeks. I was stoked to get one in the bright blue color. I should have read previous reviews of this dress and I can only concur with those who were disappointed with the fact that the dress puckers out where the pockets are sewn into the seam. If you aren’t “hippy,” this dress will make it seem as though you are. If you have larger hips this dress will 100% accentuate that trait. The only reason I’m not returning this dress is that I decided it’s good to simply wear as a lounge-around-the-house dress when I have no plans to go anywhere. It’s certainly FAR from flattering (for reference I am 140 lbs and 5’8” with a small bust and a long torso). It is light and airy and in that respect it is comfortable to wear. It just doesn’t hang well and is extremely un-flattering. The dress as worn by the model in the photos is very deceptive. Trust me on this. Also, you should be aware that the seams appear weak (probably why the dress is “dry clean recommended”) and the pockets are very small and basically useless. Unless you’re looking for a shapeless house dress, I’d say save your money on this one.

The dress hung well when I tried it on in the dressing room. I washed it gently as instructed & hung it to dry. When I put the dress back on the side pockets puffed out instead of lying flat. The bottom of the dress shrunk in so I looked like a light bulb. I proceeded to cool-iron the pockets to flatten down the sides somewhat, I found a few holes in the fabric towards the bottom of the dress. Very disappointed in this purchase & I will never be able to wear it.

I love this dress I have it in ten colors and I wear it throughout the summer. It’s like being naked but appropriately lol. I get hot fast and this keeps a nice breeze all over my body.
