I have a love/hate relationship with this dress. I’ve worn it a couple times and it’s not the most flattering. The second tier hits at an unflattering part of my hips so it makes my body look rounder. But with heels it helps. It’s a cute dress just can’t decide if I love it or not. I’ve worn it a couple times and I get compliments each time.
