Ripped shirt, twice
I liked this shirt. I purchased it online together with another one to get free shipping. When I received it, it was ripped around the shoulder. I returned it and had to drop it to the store (20 min distance). When I returned it, I re-purchased again the same model online as I liked it a lot. Surprise! The store delivered my new order on time but sent me the same exact shirt I had returned, packed in a bag that was a shame, compared to the other new shirt that I had purchased to avoid shipping cost. I had to go back to the store to return the shirt again. I complained to the cashier and told me that the store did not have control of it. That warehouse sent it like that.

Never received the product
Never received the product, the courier marked as delivered but I didn't get it. No way to contact the courier company to get details. I received a refund but I had to buy another shirt somewhere else because a new buy wouldnt make it for the intended event.
