Quilted lining, fits snugly
I was just looking for a long rain coat, so I was surprised that this jacket is quilted inside (is that what 'lined' means?), making it more of a big winter coat. Medium size fits snugly on me (5'9" 145 lbs) without room to fit any layers comfortably underneath. But despite it not being what I had in mind, I decided to keep it as a good warm, waterproof coat.
